The Academy Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
